Grind the oats to make it flour. |

Blend the bananas with the milk. You can add a few drops of vanilla if you want. |

Mix the oats with the peanut butter powder and protein powder ( it's optional to add cocoa powder or cinnamon ), then add the banana mixture. |

Heat the oven to 200°C. Prepare the baking tray by adding baking paper. |

After you have mixed all the ingredients, put them in the baking tray, and leave it in the oven for 20-30 minutes. |

When done, take it out, let it cool and enjoy. |
